The organization departments of the Foshan and Nanhai Party committees, together with the Foshan News Media Center, produced a documentary that followed the Foshan ceramics industry’s shift towards zero-carbon production over almost six months.

The film covers about three years of collaboration between Foshan Xianhu Laboratory and companies including Dalitai Technology, Oceano Ceramics and Monalisa Group: first firing the world’s first zero-carbon ceramic tile on a zero-carbon combustion pilot line, then starting up the world’s first ammonia–hydrogen zero-carbon combustion demonstration production line for ceramics at Monalisa Group on 26 September 2024. The line runs on pure ammonia, so combustion produces no carbon dioxide.
